What is the Leadership Magnet?

The Leadership program at Root is based on the belief that every child needs to develop leadership skills for success in life. Using the principles of Stephen Covey and quality tools, students set academic and personal goals, learn social etiquette, and develop communication and presentation skills. At Root, we have several ways in which students learn and demonstrate leadership skills.
